Choosing your platform
One of the biggest, simplest, quickest lessons we can learn about talking to our customers, clients or fans is to choose the right way to talk to them.
Making sure we know our target audience and how they consume things means we can focus our efforts on creating the right content for the right people on the right platform.
If we fail to consider them we may end up investing time and money in creating amazing content that our core audience – the central members of our tribe that we rely on to spread our stories – will never see.
With finite resources to create content, we need to make damn sure we know that we’re stewarding our resources in the right way.
